How does the custom soap process work once I submit the form?

After submitting your request, we’ll review your ideas and contact you to confirm details, timelines and pricing before production begins.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, custom soaps are made in small batches and require a minimum order of 10 bars or one full loaf.

How is pricing determined for custom soap orders?

Pricing is based on batch size, ingredient selection, scent choices, colours, add-ins, design complexity, and packaging.

A quote is always provided before any work begins.

What is the typical turnaround time for custom orders?

We aim for a turnaround time of 5 weeks. Depending on complexity and quantity production can take up to 48 hours.

All Cold Process soap takes a minimum of 4 weeks to cure. We ship within 2-3 business days of curing being complete.

We’ll confirm your timeline when you place your order so you know exactly when your handcrafted bars will arrive.

What happens if I’m unsure about scents, colours, or design?

That’s perfectly normal. You don’t need everything figured out — we’re happy to help refine your idea and make your loaf one of a kind.

Can custom soaps be made for sensitive or fragrance-free preferences?

Yes. If you have sensitivities or prefer an unscented or lightly scented bar, simply let us know during the consultation process and we will be happy to suggest gentle and nourishing options.

Do you offer reorders if I fall in love with my custom soap?

We do our best to recreate previous custom orders whenever possible. Because everything is handmade, slight variations may occur — part of the charm of artisan soap.

Are there ingredient limitations or requests you cannot accommodate?

We do not change our base recipe ingredients. We will however add to the recipe.
Some ingredients or designs may not be suitable for soap making or safe for skin use. If something isn’t feasible, we’ll always recommend a safe and beautiful alternative.
